Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 400KV Overhead Line Works for GCCIA Oman Direct Link Project

The Project Scope shall consist of:
Lot 3: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 400kV Overhead Line Works between UAE/OMAN Border and GCCIA IBRI Substation, with a total route length of approx. 88 km

• Route survey, data collection, obtaining preliminary NOCs
• Soil investigation including soil resistivity measurement
• Line design / drawings preparation, tower Spotting and optimization
• Design, supply, construction of concrete reinforced pile foundations
• Supply and erection of lattice steel tower structures.
• Supply and installation of new ACSR/AW Finch Conductor 635.5 sqmm as necessary, complete with all accessories, as necessary.
• Design, supply and installation of new composite shield-wires / OPGW (96 optical fibers) – 2 Wires,complete with all accessories
• Design, testing, manufacturing, supply and installation of Insulator Sets complete with RTV Silicone Rubber Coated Glass/Porcelain Insulator Units and all fittings
• Design, supply and installation of Aircraft Warning measures as per the requirements and regulations of concerned Civil Aviation Authorities in Oman, as well as with the applicable ICAO Regulations
