Construction 132kV Sadah Wind Farm Grid Station along with associated 132kV OHL from Mirbat Grid Station to Sadah Grid Station

The Project Scope shall consist of:
A. Construction of new 132kV Sadah Wind Farm Grid Station including all associated
works
- 132kV Sadah Wind Farm Grid Station shall be constructed under the scope of this
tender within the overall plot identified for 132kV GIS Grid Station near to the
proposed Sadah WF, including 6Nos of 132kV GIS Bays,2 Nos of 1000kVA,
11/0.415kV Auxiliary Transformers, Control & Relay Panels for 132KV Systems, 11KV
Switch Gear with 7Nos of bays, 132kV, 1C X 2500Sqmm Cu. XLPE cables & its
Termination Accessories (Outdoor & GIS side), Station Control System (SCS) for
132KV System, Telecom System for 132KV System, OLCM & MCMS system,
Integrated Security System, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System, EOT cranes for 132KV
GIS rooms etc
B. Construction works for new 132kV Double Circuit OHL from Mirbat GS to Sadah WF
GS
- The overhead line under the scope of this tender shall connect the new 132kV Grid
Station at Sadah Wind Farm IPP with the existing 132kV Substation at Mirbat by
132kV Double circuit OHL of length about 55km approximate.
C. Construction works at existing remote end Mirbat GS
- The scope of works at Mirbat existing 132/33KV Grid station is included with
extension of Two bays of 132kV GIS, for two OHL circuits, New 132kV cable
termination compound in the OHL corridor outside the substation plot for two (2)
OHL circuits,132kV cables for connection between 132kV GIS and cable
termination compound, 132kV Relay Panels for 132kV Sadah WF GS OHL
(2Nos),Modification works at existing Protection system, Telecom System, SCS
system
D. 11kV AIS Bay addition at existing Jufa Sada PSS of Nama Dhofar Services (NDS) and
construction of 11kV OHL with Concrete poles/11kV UG cable from PSS to Sadah WF
GS
- Addition of 11kV feeders and associated works at existing 33/11kV Jufa Sada Primary
Substation end which included with Design, supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of One (1) no. of 11kV switchgear Feeders at 33/11kV Jufa/Sada Primary
Substation, Protection requirement shall meet the latest NDS protection practice, SCADA
and Telecom interface for the additional feeders as required to meet DPC’s SCADA policy.
- 11kV OHL Concrete poles work from Jufa Sada PSS for Nama Dhofar Services (NDS)
