ZPTE are committed to deliver minimum ICV requirements, in terms of maximizing the procurement of local goods and services as well as improving the capacity and capability of Omani people and companies in order to secure sustainable commercial benefits for the Sultanate.

ZPTE does not discriminate and never hesitates to hire National local employees based solely on merits, it does have a policy of encouraging and promoting in country talent. As such, we have a well-designed program to nurture local talent, develop them, build local resources and generate employment for in-country population.

ZPTE as a responsible company, we employ National local people, work with local suppliers and where there is a need, develop local capabilities. We measure the total number of jobs created by our projects, as well as the ratio between expatriate and local Employees. This helps us calculate in-country value (ICV).

ZPTE’s strength in using utilizing local manpower, resources and materials to the various levels in our Projects. ZPTE ICV team is managed by Omani Nationals and are supported by a well experienced Manager who has more than three decades of experience in Oil & Gas EPC Project Management, construction, Testing and Commissioning, service sector and maintenance contracts execution in India, GCC and various other countries.

We believe in staff empowerment and development through training to enhance skills and provide and upward path to the level of Supervisory staff and then Construction management is as top priority of ICV Manager. Individuals will be developed to their respective skills with additional knowledge of HSE and Quality systems of Project requirements.
